When you stand firmly on your feet, you stabilize your entire body, allowing consciousness to spread throughout.
In this 3-hour workshop, we will be working on rooting the feet with consciousness, letting you find and keep balance in your practice – and in life in general.
We will be using all categories of poses and we will be working towards balancings in standing poses, using gravity to our advantage.
